(Northstar) announced Hugo Welch, CCM, has been named Client Relationship Director of the leading cloud-based enterprise management software solution provider for membership based clubs, community associations & hospitality organizations worldwide. In this strategic role, Hugo will enhance and nurture client relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.
With over 43 years of experience in the private club industry as an assistant general manager and general manager of platinum-rated clubs in the USA and the UK, in addition to experience running premier restaurants, Hugo brings a wealth of expertise in large and small club operations. He has extensive experience using and launching Northstar into club operations. He has first-hand knowledge of the importance of the close and collaborative relationship between the club and Northstar to achieve common goals and ensure continued success.

Hugo began his career in the UK at Boodles Club in London and has lived and worked in private clubs in Atlanta for 30 years.
