Northstar linked the tee times and Point of Sale systems seamlessly. Prior to Northstar, we operated two separate software programs for tee time reservations and point-of-sale. This proved to be a challenge as our reports were often skewed. Waialae Country Club is a bit complicated in that our membership structure consists of 27 classes and we have 50+ rules in relation to tee times.
Northstar helped us move from six different systems that did not speak to each other, to one consolidated data platform. This helped us become more efficient and much more effective in serving our members. A software for club management that we always wished for, is found with Northstar.
