Northstar completes acquisition of TopYacht. Addition of TopYacht Solutions compliments the existing Northstar Marina Solution.
Atlanta, Georgia and Melbourne, Australia - August 5 2022, Northstar Technologies, Inc. ("Northstar"), a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise management software solutions for membership-based clubs, community associations and hospitality organizations worldwide, is excited to announce the acquisition of TopYacht Pty Ltd, the world’s most comprehensive software suite for sailing results management.
