Northstar technology provides indepth training to educate the club staff to perform their day to day tasks based on the club's business processes. Northstar's Professional Services team utilizes the following methods in order to provide training:

Phone Training:
During the implementation and post implementation period, Northstar clients have the rare opportunity to avail phone training which allows individuals of a particular department in the club, to comprehend the application better. Northstar uses various methods for conferencing and desktop sharing to minimize the negative impacts of over the phone training. This enables the staff to learn effectively in a short period of time. It also benefits them to gain the personal attention that one needs during their learning process.  

Onsite Training:
Our very talented Implementation Specialists are responsible for the onsite training during the implementation process. Their business analyst like approach helps them to understand the day to day needs and requirements of the club. This in turn allows them to train the club staff on general and specific levels of the application. They ensure that the application is setup correctly and provide real time comprehension of the setup to the employees as well.
