Northstar’s StreamAlerts offer a unique way for club management to stay connected with events happening at the club in real-time.

StreamAlerts can be activated in many areas of Northstar including Banquets & Catering, Accounts Receivable, F&B Point of Sale, Membership, Rooms Management, and Retail Point of Sale.

Alerts can be displayed in many several ways including a smartphone text, a screen pop-up, and an email. Each alert can have its own set of recipients. With StreamAlerts, the F&B Manager can be alerted on his smartphone when a VIP member arrives, or when the kitchen has run out of lobsters.

In Banquets & Catering, the General Manager can be alerted to any booked events that exceed $10,000. And in Accounts Receivable, the Controller can be alerted to any specific member payments he or she may have been expecting, or to any large adjustments made on a member’s account.
