Atlanta, GA – August 25, 2011 - Northstar Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of management software and technology solutions for membership clubs, has named Becky Taylor as Regional Director of Sales in Florida. Becky will be responsible for new business development including new customer acquisitions and managing existing customers primarily in the Florida Region.

Becky brings over 20 years of process management, customer service and software implementation experience to Northstar. Her problem-solving abilities have been developed over the years in a variety of industries, working with everyone from top-level executives to front line employees and systems groups to create efficient, client-centric solutions. In her previous roles, Becky has taken the lead in analyzing efficiency and functionality of existing systems and processes, leading to her role of analyzing, recommending and implementing change.

Prior to joining Northstar, Becky was the Executive Club Secretary and Membership Coordinator for Kensington Golf & Country Club in Naples, Florida. Her responsibilities were focused on member communications, improving member satisfaction and increasing revenues for the club. Previously, she was the Office Manager for London Bay Homes, a luxury homebuilder based in Naples, Florida, where among other initiatives, she played a key role in implementing a paperless work environment. While with Burlington Coat Factory in southern New Jersey, she was the Executive Assistant to the COO and Manager of Online Sales, where she had responsibility for online sales and fulfillment groups, establishing new processes and working hand-in-hand with the IT department to build and improve systems.
